Cancellation and Refund Policy

We encourage you to place your order well in advance of your rental date, as we do not have an unlimited number of rental Systems available.

We realize that you may want to check other providers for a better deal.

You can safely go ahead and make your reservation now, and then look around.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of the original order will receive a full refund, provide the rental has not already been shipped.

Cancellations received 7 days or less before the rental starting date are handled individually as the Rental may have already been shipped.

Cancellations received between 8 and 14 days before the rental starting date will be assessed a $10.00 Cancellation Fee.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the rental starting date will be assessed a $5.00 Cancellation Fee.

All refunds will be credited to the original Payment Transaction method.
