Shipping Information
Regular Shipping
We ship our individual orders (With sufficient advance notice) by USPS Priority Mail, with a delivery of two to three days anywhere in the United States.
We use this service for several reasons. Cost, reliability, and the fact that Saturday is considered a work day.
The cost of Priority Mail shipping and handling ($10.00) is added to your order when you check out.
Express Shipping
If you need the order and have not provided enough advance notice, we have Express Mail as an option.
Express Mail delivers to most locations in the United States the next working day. Including Saturday
Note: We can verify and notify you of delivery date before shipping.
Multiple Units
Orders for multiple units are shipped by alternate delivery services such as Express Mail, UPS or DSL.
Return Shipping
We provide a pre-addressed Priority Mail Envelope for the return of the units.
The postage is not prepaid for a very good reason.
You are responsible for the rental unit(s) from the time it is delivered, until it is returned.
When you take the envelope to the Post Office for postage, get and retain a receipt with the tracking number.
You do not need to pay extra for Insurance, Signature required, or delivery confirmation.
In the event that we do not receive the return, we will contact you for a copy of this receipt.
This verified receipt is proof of return and relieved you of responsibility. |
